Nope, Beyoncé replaced Cher as the 3rd highest grossing ww tour for a female artist. Madonna, Beyoncé and Gaga are the most known female pop stars. For Beyoncé and Gaga to be that high on the list of all time highest grossing female tours speaks volumes. The MCWT was only Bey's 2nd WW tour I believe and she surpassed the touring receipts of legends like Janet, Whitney, Mariah, Tina Turner and Cher etc. As far as pop stars, the poll results didn't lie.

Are you unable to read? Cher's Farewell tour grossed $250 million over a decade ago, it is well over $300 million adjusting for inflation. In case you can't do the math that's $70 million more than the Mrs Carter Show earned

What kind of awful stan she has done 3 solo international tours (4 if you include the DIL tour which went to Europe) and 2 with DC. She has been building her touring reputation for like 15 years so of course she will be grossing more than people like Rihanna who just ended her third world tour and Katy who is currently on her second world tour.

And let's not even get into Mariah who has hated touring since the beginning and has only ever done 2 world tours in her entire career.

Queen Elizabeth is pretty known, Michelle Obama is also known but kind of local and if I'd have to choose a pop girl from the poll I'd say Madonna (or even Rihanna) but the rest is just laughable.
Angela Merkel also has much impact but is not known to everyone which shouldn't be a surprise because she's GERMAN and the Chancellor whose job it's not to be as famous as you can be and to collect sympathy points from the world.
