Why is ATRL is so obsessed with Beyoncé's getting a hit single?
They are focused on the one thing that puts Beyoncé below their faves and ignoring the many things that put their faves below Beyoncé, but if I created a "Will Rihanna ever see 2X Platinum", it wouldn't get pass Page 2.
Why is ATRL is so obsessed with Beyoncé's getting a hit single or not? And it's not even Hive, it's always the other bases.
Beyoncé is happy, Hive is happy and Bey is still the most successful female artist of our generation without hit singles, so who cares?
Drunk in Love and Partition were definite hit singles. They did well in the charts, and millions of people know those songs.
If you're one of those people who think a song needs to be as big as Blurred Lines to be considered a "hit", then no, Beyonce won't get another hit again.
Beyoncé is not a regular pop star. She was at some point in her career. But she is a legend now and legends way pass the stage of getting hit singles. It's not like she didn't have a top 10 single two months ago, though.
Bey's debut album came in 2003, Miley's in 2006/7 depending on which you concider her debut.
Oh well if you see Bey's drop between her first and fourth era it's still bigger than Miley's.

Nnnn
The same could bee asked of bey in the u.k. Will she ever have a million selling song or album there?
