So what is she saying? That ARTPOP failure was because of people around her and not because it was mediocre music at best and her own personality didn't cause people to get away from her? Does she think Venus would have launched this album much more? She confirmed she wants ARTPOP to be successful. This cop-op to say "ARTPOP era is going to start soon" is just a vapid excuse.

I mean who gave her a week? When she recorded the album she didn't thought of making MV for the same project? Gosh... no wonder why the GP gets a turn off everytime she speaks.
Look at Beyonce, 17 videos in less than an year and LORD they're better than Gaga's whole videography, each and every of them. She just needs to release it, keep quiet and find a way to come back, sort of, if it's possible.
Oh wow. Well, I'm glad she addressed this but she's honestly been saying this for so long. About people who betray her etc. Something tells me it's not just them, but her too. But I guess she was pushed too much in too little time and didn't rest and recover as much as she would have wished because everyone was rushing her to finish ARTPOP and start touring in the US to make up for the cancelled US leg of the BTWB.
Either way, I think after this letter, I'm willing to be more patient and understanding if what she delivers from now on is up to par with what she's stating in this letter. I hope some of her fans that jumped ship reconsidered their decision.
She talks in so many circles, it's hard to understand what she is talking about exactly. I don't think that she gets that she alienated herself from people, nobody told her to dress up as an unborn fetus and make a charade out of herself.
