132 Remember You Wiz Khalifa ft. The Weeknd
She's about to earn some bragging rights. I'm 'bout to give it up like I've been holding back all night. Girl, take pride in what you want to do. Even if that means a new man every night inside of you.
Basically, The Weeknd sings about how he tells the girl that he is f**king with to earn his memory since The Weeknd is known for his active sex life and wants the girl to give him all she got to make him remember her and their one-night stand. I like this song because the way The Weeknd sings his parts and brings the drive to make the song work and the girl too. The Weeknd made this remember along the dark R&B mid-tempo with synth beats. Oh yeah Wiz is in the song and he is the main artist. Guess Wiz didn’t do well in making me remember his parts. No, I did enjoy Wiz’s rap verses and he knows to rap to fit the mood of the song whatever he is rapping about all the crazy sh!t he has done that he might not remember tomorrow. The mood and the dark and slow R&B sound sells it to me.

There goes another song that I enjoyed and loved for its unique again. The song’s presence creates such an aura of wondrous dreams that oddly enough I can dance to. This song also have that dreamy surfer wave-like sound, which the vocals are at times sung in a monotone. Such a brilliant combination. I didn’t get far in anything, but at least I continue the same old process I have been doing like passing my classes. I like to go more far into this song and let the music get to me and suck me in. Ahh. Preservation.

John does what he feels like and he is continuing to these nicely done acoustic-like slow and relaxing songs. Wildfire is a nice song to listen and enjoy the catchiness and fun sound with the way John sings to get the song moving and it’s a nice song to listen and dance along to. And tap and clap. I do like where after the vocals are done, John display his slow-vibe guitar playing skills alone that sets the end of the song. It’s a nice and relaxing song to have. Alos he says say, say, say and he already got a hit song out of say what you need to say. Come on. Man, wildfires in general continue to grow and be devastating. I actually saw a wildlife while on the highway and look at the window and the sight of a wildlife. Damn. Also it’s too hot and way too smoky. John and Katy are making some wildfire together huh? While she roars! Also the lyric video for this song is out of the ordinary as it shows the preparations and performance of John’s concert and a display of wildfire. These artists have amp the ante in making these lyric videos, some making way more effort than the others.

In this song, Kanye tells and vents furiously against his problems with the rich corporations. He feels like a new slave because of it. Actually, more of the poor and lower-middle classes are the new slaves to the rich’s monopoly and the oppressions is felt. Kanye says what he wanted to say and now doesn’t care and rather be a dick than a swallower. I’m fine with Kanye bashing everyone as long as he doesn’t let them get into his head and bad things happened if that goes too far, but happens anyway. Also he raps about his problems with the paparazzi, prison, and how bad black citizens are seen as in society. The sound used for the song worked in this song with only some minor annoyances. Frank sings in the outro and at the end of the song, it samples Hungarian rock band, Omega and their song Gyöngyhajú lány. New Slaves does not sound good live though evident in the SNL performance of it.

I liked this song the most when it was an album track and glad it was released as a single. It did reached some kind of success. Still, after a few weeks that it was released as a single, the magic found in the song has disappeared. Let me talk about why do I like this song. Bruno sings well in this song to really feel that he acts like a gorilla making love like one with his girl. The crash and pounding beats and the warm and liquid sound of this slow song adds to the feel good vibe in this song. Bruno does some dirty talk to add even more of the f**kery nature of the song. Glad that Bruno is off feeling like a gorilla and singing in such a sensual way as well. Hmm.
127 I Want Crazy Hunter Hayes
I don't want just another hug and a kiss goodnight. Catching up calls and a date sometimes. I love that we're rebels and we still believe. We're the kind of crazy people wish that they could be.
Hunter has made a decent fanbase for himself in 2013 and glad that he reached some good heights of success.. You hear that you crazy (fan) girls, Hunter wants that nonsense. Hunter want to go crazy with a girl and describes the moments and the feelings of it. Hunter just wants to live life to the fullest by not worrying about anything and go crazy. Like the way he sings in this song to get the girl in his side so they can enjoy going crazy together. All carefree. Hunter tells it well with the country song to sell it. Let’s talk about a crazy girl. If she does wildest things and habits that are impressive then, I’m fine with it except where the craziness goes overboard and becomes annoying.[/SIZE]

Let’s end this set with the remix of How Many Drinks? I like the original as much as the remix, but I decide to pick the remix to be the one to represent this song. There was never a video for the original version and only the remix has one. Miguel does nice work to bring the smooth vibe and run it along with him and the nice and feel good music is wonderful. Getting into the music is pleasant. Miguel wants to know how many drinks would it takes to get the night moving and get the girl to leave with him. Pay? Kendrick’s rap verses are enjoyable and here, it fits with the mood of the song. Also Lamar references Swimming Pool (Drinks) in one of the verses. How many drinks does it takes?

Love Me Again! Loved that song at first listen, but I overplayed it quickly and I got bored. But now that is smashing in the US I'm starting to like the song again  great song.
Symptoms is great! Bound 2 is so strange, don't know if I like or hate the song lol
Melody Calling is amazing! Their best work imo since "Post Break-Up Sex"
From the 3 singles I've heard from MKTO "Classic" is my least favorite, but is not bad.
Like I said before I'm not a big fan of country but Mama’s Broken Heart is one of the few songs I liked from that genre in 2013, the music video is amazing  Falling is great!

I would like to translate my write-ups to different including Spanish, but then the write-up would be longer and I don't want to post in 4 different posts because there is no room for all that in one post because of character word limit. Plus I know I can use Google Translator, but sometimes don't translate correct and since I'm not 100% fluent in Spanish yet, I wouldn't know what words were translated incorrect. Sorry. BTW, I understand what you said (the just of it) w/o the need of Google Translator.

Glad you found Melody Calling amazing and I remember Post-Break Up- Such a wonderful on my sad and down time during 2011 and the video is not bad. Crying. This countdown is a mixed of HAC songs and AC songs. I decide to include AC songs because mostly of the old big popular stables like Rob Stewart, Cher & Gloria Estefan make their returns in 2013. Other than that, I didn’t really pay attention to any other AC songs. As for HAC, I enjoyed the music from that genre in 2013 besides the popular founds in Pop and their recurrents, I enjoyed the big HAC songs and the flops. Here’s the countdown.

Yeah, I only put two AC song, but still. Anyway, JGMAR may seems to be like the #1 HAC song of the year, but it got extremely overplayed at that genre, and got bored of that genius work by those two. I liked Counting Stars better than the rest of songs exclusively on that genre because its so wonderful and this song put 1R out of the hitless stump. I like the sound 1R went for that song and others like If I Lose Myself. I‘m coming for more updates very soon and will comment your Best ofs after this update.

Well, again, you know my thoughts on Wake Me Up lol
Overjoyed is a great song. Let Her Go, is a hit or a miss because his voice is weird, but I love that song.
Never been a big fan of OneRepublic like I said before, but If I Lose Myself is not bad, my 3rd favorite song from them 
Best Day Of My Life is cute, that song is just growing on me, it's going to be part of my first countdown of 2014.
Safe and Sound is amazing!
Bonnfire Heart is ok. Royals! You know that's one of my favorite songs from 2013, everything is so perfect 
Demos, Love Somebody, Radioactive are good.
JGMAR got old for me very fast, but is not a bad song, and that comes from a person that can't stand Nate's voice lol
