This round has came a lot of surprises. From 4th to 1st in just after 5 last submissions.
Sorry ben, you were 1st and Tyler was 4th after 28 submissions. Changed after that with 33 submissions. My prediction was slightly off.
However, I think you still have the highest average thus debuts atop the ICONIC 25. This chart ranks only averages using the 0.0000 to 1.0000 index based on top honor at 1.0000. You were No. 2 last round then No. 3 this round. I would be surprised anyone can surpass your 97+/100 average.

CHART NOTES
As noted earlier, Mr.Link earns his third frame (1-1-1) atop Common 30 and finishes at No. 5 on Instinct 25. Shockingly, with a turn of events, 3 runner-ups eteru, Kavish, and borntodie trail behind "Link" by 30 points. Eteru leads this 3-way heat with 834 points total and places at No. 2. Kavish holds steady at No. 3 for three consecutive frames, now having a total of 833 points, (3-3-3; Common 30); the "dark horse" of this race, Borntodie ascends 5-4 on Common 30 after a great performance, landing at No. 2, in Round 3. (7-2, Instinct 25) with a 831 points total.
The Top Honor for Round 3 ends up with Tylerbv and his recording-breaking 428 points in a single round. Tylerbv's gain for this round equals almost 50% of Mr.Link's 863 total points- a huge feat! 'Tyler' storms 10-5 on Common, surpasses superben for Top Honor- changing early predictions.
Superben slips slightly 2-3 on Instinct 25, and jumps 23-18 on Common 30.
With Tylerbv in the Top 5, josh_923 settles for No. 6 just outside the coveted few. Nait Phoenix jumps 11-7. VJoker, not reported in earlier chart notes, made a splash in this round (No. 6) and returns to the Top 10, jumping 17-8. Sebas and Edi_Shak drop 6-9 and 7-10, respectively.
Just outside the Top 10, CrazyCat pushes 16-11; Adr loses his sparks and dips 4-12. Sanjja reverts 20-13 after being No. 9 on the first frame- thanks to his No. 4 for this round. Nick (potentbreakupsong) dozes off and falls 12-14. Hunter_13 has his bull-eyes on the Top 15 as he moves 4 spots from 19th to 15th.
JakeKills debuts at No. 31, just outside of the Common 30, claims the Hot Shot title of the Common overall chart. 'Karlos' and 'Bloo' also debut underneath 'Jake" at No. 32 and 33, respectively.

It's official! Mr.Link gets a third frame (1-1-1) atop Common 30, leading the scoreboard to the runner-up(s) Kavish OR eteru by over 30 points- it's too close to call between them. Borntodie ascends 5-4 on Common 30 after a great performance, landing at No. 2, in Round 3. (7-2, Instinct 25)
Last round's Hot Shot, superben earns Top honor for this round, excels 2-1 on Instinct 25, and possibly enters the Common 30's Top 20- possibly shifting 23-20.
Similar to eteru and Kavish's (2-3 rankings), josh_923 and Tylerbv battle out for Top 5 as either could be placed at 5th and 6th, from their 9th and 10th, respectively, on Common 30.
Nait Phoenix jumps 11-7, affirmatively. Adr (previously No. 4), Sebas (previously No. 6), and Edi_Shak (previously No. 7), drop to 8th, 9th, OR 10th- also, too close to call.
