They send an email when tha VIP packages are available. After you purchase it,a few days before tha show they will send you information on what to do as far as showing up early to meet her and get your laminate,etc. You can only buy tha VIP packages if you're apart of Tha Family so you're good. When you login to Tha Family it will show all tha dates and VIP packages available. Here's tha email i received back when i met her in 2011:

Your Ke$ha VIP laminate will be distributed at the venue box office on show date.

Forms of ID include driver’s license, passport or school/military ID.
* If you purchased this package as a gift for someone else, please have your guest bring a note with photocopy of your ID to the box office for pickup.

EARLY ENTRY (OPTIONAL)

PLEASE BE AWARE THERE MAY BE LINES AT THE BOX OFFICE!
If you are not able to arrive at this time or do not desire early entry, laminates will be available for pickup at the venue box office throughout the show.

Im renewing my Family membership on Monday. They sold out soooo fast. It shows how many are available as well. When i bought mine there was like 100,i swear like 5 minutes later i checked just for tha hell of it and there was like 16 left
