Depends on how they submit it. It will be interesting what they decide to do. Both songs could fare well in that category. It just depends on whether they want to go with an ubiquitous smash hit (but one that could be perceived as goofy, although it's satirical), or a lesser hit that has more of an obvious social message (but could alienate Grammy voters who don't agree with that lifestyle). I personally think "Thrift Shop" would be safer in both categories.

I haven't even looked over potential contenders, but there's a chance she could get skipped over completely since she's a teenybopper and since it looks like she'll be a one hit wonder (think Carly Rae last year despite a SOTY nom for "Call Me Maybe").
