It has been reported that Google will submit their Maps App to the App Store soon. So for all those who are complaining there is your solution.

Personally, Apple has the right foundation for their maps with beautiful cartography, vector-support, and high quality 3D images. Apple Maps will get better overtime as they add better details into the maps. Remember Google has 10+ years experience in maps so they are obviously ahead of the game.

I think most people don't like the lack of metro directions. Living in NYC, I use it often.

No way I'm updating until Google Maps app is available. Reviews for Apple's trashy second-hand copy have been awful, it looked horrible since the iOS 6 preview back in the WWDC.

The YouTbe App is so much better!! By the way, am I the only one who doesn't the iOS 6? I just hate the music app, it's just white and ugly!!! The new app store doesn't work very well!! Everytime I go to PassBook and click on app sotre, it says "CANNOT CONNECT TO ITUNES STORE" like wtf!!
