I hate situations like these - a song doesn't take off at pop until it peaks or fall at its core format(s). It affects the peak of the song. Labels need to try harder to send songs to multiple formats simultaneously, and pop needs to stop taking so long to play certain songs.

That song didn't even need a pop mix. My pop station plays the "urban" version, and it sounds just fine next to typical pop songs. These big radio stations need to stop with those cheap, annoying pop mixes.

I listen to 92.3 more than Z100, they atleast have a lil bit more variety. I catch some of my Urban jams on there every now and then.

Exactly...z100 is so overrated i rarely listen to it...i think that's just b/c I mostly listen to urban music when it's not rihanna or a select batch of pop
Z100 is starting to pick up on spins for Demi Lovato's Skyscraper! I hope that other stations do the same and follow. I really DO NOT want Skyscraper to start flopping on radio so early on. Well, at least it has its #10 peak on the Billboard Hot 100! If Skyscraper flops on radio, then her 2nd party single will smash! YES!!!
I don't consider skyscraper a flop, i think it's a good start for her. It's her first song to go for radio adds AND it's a really slow song, so it did really good IMO.
