I think it's the artist. I love Gaga and Katy, I like some of keshas songs. But Kesha and Katy are just lighter, bubblier images....and in the end it is not only about the song but also about the artist.

Well...i don't know the AI # for BR, Poker Face or Just Dance but IMO those were all worthy of reaching 130 Mil at least. BTW really has nothing for me...maybe requests aren't there? Idk I feel like even though it's overrated it should be doing well on radio for that EXACT reason.
U sad whats the difference between GaGa's song (assuming Born This Way) and Tik Tok and Firework and I'm saying that both those songs reached their peaks over the christmas season and also the preference of the deejays and what market the songs are heavily popular in.

They were huge crossover hits on rhythmic and Hot AC radio. "Born This Way" is a moderate success on Hot AC so far, but it hasn't had major rhythmic appeal. Don't expect its overall numbers to go much higher.

Rhythmic and HAC. Katy's pretty much become as much of a fixture on HAC as P!nk (in that both of them get early adds/spins on that format), so she's always guaranteed to hit at least 110M. TiK ToK was huge on Rhythmic, going Top 3 I believe.
