Sooooo, I have Final Fantasy X, X-2, and XII (XII is my favorite) but I am getting bored. I need a new game and unfortunately, I do not have an Xbox or a Playstation 3, so my options are limited to Nintendo DS and Playstation 1 & 2 games. Any suggestions?

Try FFVI if you have a GBA compatible DS...it's an amazing game and the perfect bridge between old FF and modern FF...and the PS1 classics are amazing such as VII, VIII, and IX...can't go wrong with any of these 4 games...because you like XII(which honestly isn't my favorite) you may like VIII quite a bit...

FFVII is an overrated mess. FFX is a masterpiece. I also love FFV and the first FF i played is FFIX so its special for me. I love that there is a FF thread in here.

You can try FF Tactics for the DS. If you have a GBA, you can also try the prequel. Those games are awesome.
FFX is incredible!!! My only problem is the story is very linear and there's not much freedom, but for me it's the best FF game.
For those with PSP, you guys should play Dissidia and Dissidiauodecim. Basically it's a game including a character or two from all Final Fantasy Games. It's a one-on-one game with an interesting (initially confusing) gameplay but once you get the hang of it, it's amazing!

Who is playing Final Fantasy IV Complete Collections here? I never played the After Years cause I got no Wii but I'm loving it.(PSN is down so I downloaded it...) The improved graphics is just sooo good and damn at those sprites, I love it.
And damn, I can't wait for Final Fantasy Type-0 anymore!!!
