As y'all can tell, I'm not a very good writer so I'll just list in point form some reasons why I like the songs in the top 11.

Cosmic Girls / WJSN - Secret
Completely paid this song dust because I had zero interest in the group after their tragic debut (Momomo or whatever that song is) but this song totally changed my opinion of them
This is such a perfect K-pop song/concept, it's not sexy and racy, nor is it the 'i'm am bad girl look at me' concept, yet it's not overly cutesy and cheesy. It fits perfectly in the middle. I guess the word is elegant? Lmao idk.
The strongest point of the song is obviously the chorus "BIMIRIYAAAAA, NAE MAMIYAAAAA"
Adding Yeunjung to the group is possibly the best thing that could happen to this group
The rap is surprisngly not cringey too so that's a good thing
My only complain is that they should repeat the "bimiriya, naemamiya" part again in the final chorus

Gfriend - Rough
And the SOTY goes to none other than Rough! (still salty Cheer Up snatched ha weave)
I was already very interested in Gfriend after MGT, but this basically sealed the deal for me
As much people love to drag them for having 'songs that sound the same', I am totally in love with the anime-ish nostalgic concept they're doing, and they did it the best with Rough.
The electric guitar riff and strings-heavy production are such highlights, but the best thing is obviously Yuju in the final chorus
AND THE CLOCK TICKING in the final 30 seconds, such a minor detail but adds so much 'urgency' to the song
AND the amazing choreograhy

Secret's melody is the perfect amount of catchy. Exy's rap is really good and actually fits the song.
Yeunjung's scream at the end just adds the perfect touch omg and the MV
