I think that self-titled was somehow influential in the urban world - but I might be wrong, considering I normally don't listen to R&B, it just sounded very fresh to me when it came out.

This! Also GGBB obviously made Beyonce take the pop route with IASF and Rihanna's impact can be seen in that era. I guess Beyonce is rather a trend-follower than an innovator.

As if Nicki wouldve recorded something like Superbass or Starships if it wasn't for Bey's impact on the genre of RnB and also Hiphop. Bey has successfully shown that a combination between Rap-esque delivery and pop-tunes and melodies was possible -> see Bug A Boo, Jumpin Jumpin, Say My Name, Lose My Breath, Upgrade You, Ring the Alarm, Diva, etc.

I think she does, both with Destiny Child and solo. Her grandiose up tempo-staccato stuff is very signature, especially when coupled with empowerment lyrics. On top of that I'd say she's essentially the Blueprint for modern Pop/RnB cross over. Theres a whole era of newer girls receiving Beyonce rejects, songs being written in her image. I don't feel like you see tons of popular acts mimic her sound but you definitely see examples of material which is immediately compared to it.
