Ok, right now I'm terribly mad at how Spanish Warnings are being sent and I want to make a public complain to all mods of the site about this situation.
Days ago, I've reported this post made by a user named t.A.T.u. I don't know what his problem is, but he is acting like an idiot towards me since a long time ago, and I haven't even talked to him to give hi reasons to insult me.

In this context, he is using nerd as an insult. Both posts haven't been warned, and that only makes me think that the spanish mod ( faint_lpc ) is involved in this. Months ago, when I called him fail_lpc - nickname that in fact I tend to use to him via msn when sickening us using the word fail constantly as a retard child - I received a warning point, and I'm aware that I well deserved it.
However, when someone insults me, nothing happens, everything ends up in an "Already Reported" announce below the post . Ironically we both can't stand each other, and I'm not even interested on being a friend of him, but never have I thought that was gonna affect the job of a mod. Does this mean that we have to ass-kiss mods so we can give fair warning points to people? That makes me feel very dissapointed.
