That doesn't count for much, Texas is insanely easy to keep economically sound because Gulf Of Mexico. Rick Perry IS a great governer for Texas, but so was Bush. Texas is just very, very different than the rest of the country in terms of economy, which is why it would be a terrible idea to promote him to the presidency.
And I don't think they're idiots just for aligning themselves with "idiots," I've heard their reasons for supporting Rick Perry, and they're idiotic. Try again.
