Bernie definitely has enough support for a third party victory, especially when you look at the unfavorables for Clinton/Trump and the fact that polling shows voters want a third party option.

Also, I am FUMING at people still passing around the misinformation that she violated the Federal Records Act. Emails weren't federal records under that act until 2014. Get y'all's information right or pipe down.
Bernie would need at LEAST 40M votes. And there is zero chance of him getting that without an official party backing. Not only would he lack backing of the party, (actual) members of the party would drag him ENDLESSLY. Other Senators are already starting to get irritated with him.
The Politico headlines today are so dark and the articles are so misguided - Clinton scrambles to salvage California, when actually she has a comfortable lead there and her organization is impeccable compared to Bernie's downsized campaign. How Hillary Clinton Loses, which totally misses the mark and expects what could be called miracles on both sides given the history of this race so far, like voters lining up for the Libertarians (which would actually hurt Trump but okay...) or Hispanic voters suddenly hopping to Trump now because he hasn't called them rapists in a few weeks.
People really are getting ahead of themselves after this meaningless little inspector general report.
