If the original audio is detectable and the views are reported to Billboard through Nielsen Music, then they should count.

Style might get it next week - it would be hard and I don't know the numbers to calculate any estimated figures myself, but if the video reaction is strong enough then I wouldn't be surprised. She has a full week to benefit from the video, which is coming off the hype of Blank Space, which ended up being one of her biggest hits yet right next to SIO. Plus it was just added to radio today and will easily be Top 10 for the tracking week that matches the video's tracking week (since radio ends next Tuesday for the current sales/streaming week). I'm betting it'll be at #7 with 110m to 115m AI. I'd expect her to be in the top 3 for digital sales this week, too, when the hype for the video kicks in.
