Your intent is to say that she was comparing herself, however you don't know if that is the true intent nor what she was looking to portray. Given none of the actual symbols were used, then this is irrelevant.
There is a bigger picture here, and you're missing it by being offended by nothing that is directly connecting her images to the same ideology of Hitler's other than similarity.
The image of Mao was posted to inform others that there are other military parades other than Nazi parades and that it isn't just a Nazi thing, and that the goal of the video was to portray dictatorship.
