I'm not being a stan for anybody here. I like Britney, but this concerns me & I'm not going to pretend it doesn't concern me for her reasons behind it.
If male fans just make her uncomfortable due to social anxiety, that's fine. That's an issue that's her own business. But when I see her hugging pictures of some of male fans & not others, what am I supposed to think?
She only hugged one male fan, which was alex, and the guy has been to 100 of her concerts, so it's no surprise to me that she did.
Just look at her hands -- she's holding them tightly together. That's a sign of anxiousness.

When it comes to meeting new people, you can't control what the person is going to say or do, so when that particular fan asked to hug her and she was unsure of what to do, she was immediately put in a situation that she wasn't prepared for (as he was there before any other fan) and where she wasn't comfortable.
And you cannot post those KingFatale (or whatever the hell that stalker fan's name is) meet and greet photos and say, "Well, she hugged him!" He has seen/met her how many times now? He would be a familiar face to her, so she probably feels a little bit more comfortable with him than with someone (or another guy) meeting her for the first (and probably only) time.
