Well, except that, all things considered, Whistle just isn't a very sexy song. The whistling hook just makes it too goofy to take seriously, and the bland, sterile acoustic guitar arrangement doesn't do it any favors either. Flo Rida's delivery also leaves a lot to be desired. Marvin Gaye, he's not.
