When you try to drag and fail miserably as at least 70% of this post is completely inaccurate or misproven. Like where is your proof that sludge exposed to X-rays from the moon does not turn into Grimer in the Pokemon universe? Where is your proof Pidgeot doesn't fly at Mach 2 speeds? Where is your proof that there isn't a Ho-Oh with rainbow colored feathers? Maybe they did in the past and that power disappeared.
As for Kadabra. You're not thinking of the bigger picture. The very first Kadabra in existence very well COULD have been a boy with psychic powers. And when Kadabra became Kadabra and bred with a Ditto, then the first Abra could have been born; and that would introduce not only Abra but also female Kadabras to the mix.
As for your first three futile suggestions The pokedex doesn't know the Pokemon until you see one. When you see it, it records its picture and adds a dex number, and when you catch it, it adds all the other details; i.e. the part that Oak wants you to record. There were only 151 pokemon because no one had found the others yet in the Pokedex at that time. There is no current Icy Rock in Kanto to evolve Eevee into Glaceon; etc. Fairy type did exist but at the time, it wasn't discovered to be fairy type because all the other pokemon that were fairy type were mis-typed at the time.
