Rihanna singles rate. As of now, I'm capping artist/singles rate at 25 - as in, the artist must have at least twenty five singles to their name in order to be properly rated. Rihanna has 36.

For the first round of artists (the nine listed), only artists with 25 singles or more will be rated. Taylor can be in the second round; by that time she should have the new album out!
