Kanye and Jay Z both have given props to & even worked with people holding knives waiting to stab them in their backs.
Jay has thrown friendly jabs Drakes way over the years as well. It's just that Jay can make a general diss "I'm still the king. I still run this" and **** on everyone throwing rocks at the throne.
BUT Jay Z doesnt go running around in interviews speaking loosely about other rappers. He keeps his issues on wax. THATS his high road. When he talks of people in interviews its usually in a positive manner.
There was nothing constructive about Drake said. Especially saying it to the one person who actually lives his raps and actually has wealth and longevity. Jay Z has lived and done it all. He's paid every due to be able to do whatever the hell he wants to for the rest of his life.
Maybe now he's sick of Aubreys ****.
. Hopefully this is just a friendly jab because I liked their mentor/mentee relationship and their collaborations.
