I agree that sodas should be on a tight constraint but companies here in the US price them so low it looks appealing. Unfortunately this country doesn't do enough to encourage healthy eating.
It would be pointless to go out and jog when all you're buying is stuff that will make you gain weight. Especially if you're not educated on calorie, sodium and sugar intake.

I completely agree with what you said. Of course it takes the balance of the right diet and exercise to stay healthy.
Yep, soda is REALLY cheap like I don't get it either. I am a soda freak to be freaking honest. I love Coca Cola and believe me, every single night we have a bottle of 2L Coke in our fridge but I learned to not drink too much. My dad loves it. I told him to control his sugar intake but he really wont listen so I just let him but I get really pissed off and I swear to god the next time he goes for medical check up I will drag him in front of his doctor for disobedience. Can't take it anymore. He's Mid-50s and big bellied. He bought a stationary bike which he doesn't use or if he does he uses it for a minute. LITERALLY a minute.
Hard headed people like my dad are hard to deal with but reminding them of what's going to happen next yet they don't listen is a very tiring job. But he's family so I wont stop.
