How is touring in conjunction with an album release touring with "no promotion?" That makes absolutely no sense as a tour that is a part of an active era benefits from any promo done on behalf of the album as well. It's not like she disappeared for years and then dropped out of the sky and decided to tour. Plus there were ads for the Diamonds tour and she even went on a Boeing jet to seven countries with half the world's entertainment press to promote for the tour on her behalf.
This doesn't make any sense.
People don't care if you have a new album or not when going to a tour, just look at Madonna.
Right. I love the "no new music" excuse as if 4 wasnt typically still a "new album". And it doesnt matter because artists tour on Greatest Hits albums all the time.
