If Christina's Grammy performance wasn't great or memorable Grammy.com wouldn't have called it legendary an used to to promote the next year grammys or publicly thank her in adds published the top newspapers/magazines.

hate and laugh all you want at her scream but it was a James Brown tribute and obviously his fans and music lovers got it and loved it. Rock legend Patti smith praised it in RollingStone and it was after that Celine Dion called her the best singer in the world. and even did her own cover of it on tour.
