^^ Just to say almost every pop artist right now is producing the same "masterpieces" as she is doing! The Fame for instance sounds just like Blackout (released an year before The Fame baby), Every pop artist is going onto a electro direction and Gaga is not the one to be 100% credited for it.
The E.N.D. is a masterpiece, Boom Boom Pow and I Gotta Feeling dominated the way Just Dance/Poker Face/Lovegame/Paparazzi didn't.... and the fact that Beyonce worked with Gaga doesn't make none of both better so your argument loses credit just to mention this, meaning that it's more of a fan point-of-view than someone who is trying to argue the fact tha Black Eyed Peas dominated more than Lady Gaga...
She had 4 Pop #1s? BEP had 2 Hot 100 Airplay #1s that were #1 on Pop too...
She had 2 Hot 100 #1s? BEP had 2 Hot 100 #1s for a total of 26 weeks...
She had 4 Hot 100 Top 10s? BEP had 3, and that's because they only released 3....

They are successful no matter what haters would say! BBP, IGF are two of the biggest hits this year. MMH is on its way to smash too. Probably not the same level as the previous two but it's considered BIG already with many artists flopping these days. Although I must admit that Fergie looks 10 yrs older than her actual age.....

I regret buying their album.
GAGA PRODUCES MASTERPEICES, you cannot deny that her music is great, and she never fails to impress. GAGA for artist of the year. She is owning some artists sho have been around way longer than her.
Also, all of her singles have gone #1 on airplay (BR was just released so haters calm down).
All of her singles have gone #1 on Dance/Club Play (JD peaked @ 2, and BR was just released.
All of her singles have gone top ten on the Hot 100 and the Pop 100/Top 40 Mainstream.
Oh, and did I mention the Queen Bey aked her to collaborate with her.
And artist of the year is not just about the charts... GaGa has become a cultural phenomenon this year, the BEP have lowered their status, imo. GaGa redefines pop musc, BEP does what is hot at the time. They don't take risks, they are boring.
And i dont mean to be rude, but GaGa's album had 4 singles that did magnificent.
BEP had two singles that went number one.... and then well, the next single went top ten but then kinda dissapeared.

There's must be something wrong with your brain..You must be a part of the illuminati too. Poor thing!

lol, even MJ's songs in sum pass Gaga, her songs in sum still outsold BEP

^ Some people have problems... How can you compare 6 singles with 2, With 2 singles BEP dominated more than Gaga for sure... How can them have 4 Top 5 radio singles if they only released 3 singles, and 2 of them were #1 radio hits...

"The Fame" and "Poker Face" are the #1 album/song of 2009 in the world anyway.

It has 380k in only 2 weeks + this week's sales (around 200k) = 580k. By the end of the year it will have more than 1 mil.

i think the first 16-notes of just dance a/o poker face are infectious enough
to have defined almost half of the pop-music scene of year 2009..
just IMO though.
