Kim's manager really knows how to build buzz. This reminds me of when Lady Gaga divided the Born This Way lyrics into parts and sent them to various media outlets (Rolling Stone, Perez, etc.) before it was officially released. This might work out better because the tracklist is being sent to regular everyday people.
