I really would like for the Moto X to succeed. For a while, I was actually thinking of bypassing the One and waiting for the X to come out. But it's price in comparison to other, better phones on the market is laughable. Even a $150 price point would have been better than $200. It's not a high end phone, so it shouldn't be priced like one.

I'm guessing it's $200 because it's made here in America, and because of the features it has ?

I can understand a slightly higher price point due to it being manufactured in America, but to me, none of its features scream $200. Factoring in the customization options, I think that $150 would have been the perfect price point.

The 925 is (literally) a 920 with an aluminum instead of polycarobonate shell and slightly less features. The whole 92X series shares the same internal hardware.

I didn't come for it.

Those are the facts. Those are the specs. There were no lies. Compare it feature for feature - outside of the aluminum casing, there are no differences other than the missing features that the 925 doesn't have. Strip away the case and you're left with two of the exact same phones, except one has no built in wireless charging and only 16gb storage.

I assume they dropped features to keep the 925 pricing on par with the 920 because aluminum is undoubtedly more expensive than the polycarbonate.

I'm glad I'm not the only one here who finds the silver classy. It's classy and elegant in its own, but it becomes more classy if you place it beside some of its competitors tbh
