I post on the Eidos forums and that sig always gets me.
It's not the really badly editing but rather the obsession of LaraxSam. I find it really sad that anyone would want this to happen, simply because "it's hot". MESS. It would kill the series for me. OR if they atleast match them up then Sam better DIE so that Lara can turn into that cold hearted bitch that we want her to be. That would be acceptable
Not some of you guys supporting QTE's.
QTE's break us from the immersion. Developers need to allow the players to interact with world, not the other way around. It's just pure and simply hand holding. Even the dual pistol scene can be done without QTE's if enough though and care is put into it. I just see it as a lazy way to carry important parts of the story.

Interesting. Though I thought Tomb Raider was a very sold game, it definitely could have ended way earlier than it did. The pacing got kind of funky halfway through it - though I was happy to have more to play of the game.

The game's pace overall was pretty terrible. I didn't like how you could literally get to Roth pretty quickly in the game, I would've liked Lara to spend some more time alone venturing the island, which was a lost opportunity considering how generic and linearly designed it was (imo). After Shanty Town, the game pretty much went haywire and started turning into action after action scene which kind of killed it. The Den at the beginning and the coastal forest are my favourite environments in the game. I wish we had more forest area's to roam and dark caves to explore that we scary.
I hope it's possible for Crystal to implement action with a good pace.

They probably are. The comics are made to setup a bridge between the games so I definitely see that happening as it will only benefit Lara's growth. According to what I read, Sam got kidnapped (AGAIN *facepalm*) in the comics so maybe that's where it'll take off?
