Album sales are v. important for Kelly. She needs to sell the body of work, urban acts are not single sellers nowadays sadly.

Her vocals are so PURE and RICH. It is unbelieveble. I can't wait for her to perform this on Good Morning America on June 19th. It will be a VERY emotional performance.

I love this because it's not catchy at all, it's literally just her telling the story as if she's reading it from a book I love it.

And people saying that she sounds emotional disconnected are missing the whole point of the song... which is about moving on and leaving the demons behind and her vocal delivery reflects that perfectly

I hope she wil perform in others shows. One performance is not enough, expecially one day after the album release , she need to perfor BEFORE the album release date.

Yeah, I agree with those saying her vocals are underwhelming and I think that's what puts me off a little. Considering she said she found it tough to record without crying, you would think their would be a little more emotion in there - it sounds like she's just reading the lyrics out loud for the first time. I disagree with this being intention, I don't think that was what they were going for. It is however the best single so far and I hope it's a success and I admire her blunt honesty.

I love her voice in this. Y'all are talking as if she sounds like a robot. There's just a hint of emotion in there, and it gives the feeling that she's just numb to all the pain, which is often accurate in abusive relationships. She's just telling her story, she doesn't need to scream and wail to convey her emotions.
