Sure, it also doesn't mean he did do it, but to pretend the courts are the arbiters of the truth couldn't be farther from it.

People don't need the courts to tell them whether someone is guilty or not. Plenty of "guilty" people have gotten off with stacks of evidence against them, MJ (we all know the truth), Casey Anthony, George Zimmerman, OJ Simpson, etc..
Luke doesn't have a stack of evidence against him. He has word of mouth and that ALONE isn't going to convince people who know nothing about either party that this man is a rapist. You have every right to not believe him, but don't run around judging people who aren't willing to condemn him for acts they can't be sure he committed.
