No I only got confirmations from UCLA, UCI, and UCSB so far that they received my app. They also told me to activate my portal.

Still waiting for confirmations from the other 4 UC's.

I think UC's don't release decisions until mid-late March.

I am too far away. I'm removed from the rest of society tbh. But at least NYC, Boston, and Montreal are near.

Omg gurl I feel you!! I figure that college is the one time in life where it's somewhat socially acceptable to be blackout drunk on a Wednesday for dinner tho, soo like why not. As long as grades aren't suffering I say it's okay. After all, you're building up a network of friends through going out that can end up being pretty helpful, or that's what I tell myself anyway.

And also, I think every college kid needs a fake! Literally I've had mine since I started school last year, and it's never failed.

So, I had to take one of my tests this semester in accounting with a 104 degree fever; it was mandatory and I did (by FAR) the worst on that test out of all my tests in every class all semester. I figured out that, in order to bring my grade back up to a B, I had to get 20 points at least on my mandatory final, and anything in excess of 66% on my comprehensive final would just be extra points.

Now, either I messed up my math, or he changed the grading scale on me, because I got 35 points on the one portion which should have been enough points alone to put me back at my deserved B. I worked so hard this semester and finals are killing me

I'm a Senior about to apply RD. I applied to Stanford REA but got deferred. I'm not trippin though, they only accept 10% early and defer 8%, so I still feel pretty lucky. I'm applying to Brown, Columbia, Rice, UPenn, USC, and UChicago for RD. Already got into UT Austin as safety. Waiting on Tulane.

Where are yall applying or where do yall go?

I don't go to a uni. I go to a liberal arts college. It's in the New England area. However I want to go to an ivy league law school (specifically Columbia). I'm headed down to Yale in a couple months for a conference so I can start meeting people there.

How hard is it to maintain a 3.8+ gpa as an Econ or Finance major? I'm about to start my freshman year in January at a state uni, but after a couple of years I want to transfer to a prestigious school.
