There is no such thing as reverse racism. While black people can be just as prejudiced as white people, black people cannot be "just as racist as white people" because they do not hold political, economic and institutional power.

And has whiteface ever been used to this extent? There is a myriad of resources that you read to acclimate yourself to the subject of blackface and the decades of oppressive behavior associated with it. Simply not the same concept, nor is the context there to claim offense towards whiteface.

Whiteface is not a thing. Im baffled as to how anyone is taking offence to this. When in history has a white person been kept off the screen/stage because of their skin colour and been replaced by a person of colour wearing "white" makeup? The only "racist", and i use that term lightly, part of this story is the album title but its more stereotypical than anything.

Black people have to deal with the consequences of the slave trade every day. As a result, so do white people. That's equality.
