But didn't GaGa's videos "flop" this era? Looking at her views on Vevo/YouTube, they are rather disappointing compared to everything from The Fame and Fame Monster. The interest clearly wasn't there. And Britney... ch. What was so great about her video? It's the same **** she has been doing since 2001. Gerl boom.

I won't defend Adele too much (I am happy that she got nominated of course), but no one can doubt Katy's videos this era.

I thought Rihanna deserved two at least, but she has four with Kanye.

The trinity and other major players have, in my opinion, not really delivered anything that amazing on the video front. Neither Rihanna or Ke$ha have delivered amazing videos. Do you mean TTWE? If so i agree that it's pretty basic and not really deserving.

But britney has NEVER done a video like HIAM before. It showcases all aspects of her career and life. HIAM deserved some nods imo.
