I'm literally obsessed with them right now.

They're being worked like dogs though. A 10-month world tour, probably some promo in there, a couple award shows (VMAs, etc), AND recording a new album?

Nonetheless I cannot wait for album #3 because they're teen pop perfection.

Though I think Liam is overall by far the best singer in the group.....Harry and Zayn have very specific things that they do well, but not necessarily the "whole package" vocally imo.

A few days ago I watched a video of Zayn covering one of Taylor's songs. Was painfully pitchy (the exceptions are the big notes in his upper register which are great).

Harry on the other hand simply has poor breath control so he can't sustain notes and is usually slightly under pitch.

I agree with you about the flaws in both of them, but Harry's got this distinct tone that, IMO, outshines the others. Niall/Louis are obviously the weakest of the singers, while Zayn is used as the one who can belt out the notes in upper register. Liam just sounds a bit tone deaf at times and his voice borders on nasally at times too.

Harrys voice is what made me take such a shining to him.

Well the Liam thing is because he is forced to do falsetto's constantly, which is not his forte, because he is the ONLY person in the group capable of doing them. So he sounds bad. If you look back at his X Factor performances & other solo work he is clearly the best overall singer though.

I agree Harry has a great and interesting tone though, and when he is working it he sounds great. He just doesn't have a lot of growth potential unless he fixes his technique.
