ARTPOP would have been a certified smash had she made the chorus relatable / easy to sing along to. Chanting "We could belong together ARTPOP!" relates to no one and comes off as rubbish to anyone outside the fan base sphere. It's a shame because the track is built like a multi format smash imo.

It's so sad seeing her sabotage what could've been an amazing song. It's like she has to include the most off putting lyrics as possible.
