Honestly, one problem I have with PF:RR is the way Beautiful Sinner follows Automatic which follows Whip It which follows Pound The Alarm which follows Starships. Too. Much. Dance Pop. In a row. Everything starts to blur together and that's not good.

That applies to singles too. After Starships, I don't want a single that sounds JUST LIKE IT to be released next. The public won't be here for that. Whip It is different enough to work, and so is Va Va Voom, but Pound The Alarm is just too damn similar. Better, but too similar.

I agree with most of what you said but you do realize that she purposely put those dance pop songs together so that the hip hop songs flow into the dance pop songs which then flows into the midtempo/ballads amd oddly into sh and two other dance pop songs...
Sh should be after that songs before starships that no one is here for.
