What is most likely when it comes to her Dr. Luke songs is that Dr. Luke/Cirkut come up with the beat, then Max Martin writes the melody (the real reason she smashes so much), Bonnie comes up with the concept and some lyrics and Katy fills in the blanks. So she writes them, but only partially.
