Promo single is nowhere to be found because unlike some of her peers' albums, Gaga's comes out in more than a month! Why should she promo it now when its effect will fade till then.
Tracklist will come soon enough, and so will the cover. Ok bye, good riddance! Farewell, nobody's gonna miss you!!!

She played demo versions, none of those songs went on sale, it wasn't a huge event, only stans and casual fans (and some haters, fake stans here and there ) tuned in. Promo singles do much more than a non-tv streamed concert of unpolished demo songs.
Revealing tracklist and cover won't help much if not accompanied by some headlines/articles. I expect them to come along with track review articles or second single announcement/video shooting.
