Yeah almost every other photo from the promo and booklet looks better than the actual cover. But I guess she wanted to go for something jarring yet interesting to look at instead of just pretty.

My only qualm is that there is little to no drums or percussion. And barely any bass. Like, why are there no beats? HM and TLY have like 30 seconds of drums and that's it. Why? Like, what is her or his reasoning for not having percussion in the songs this era, I don't get it. It's only taking away from the songs imo. Even HBTB has a weak beat, it's kind of lost in the song and even though you can hear it with good earbuds, it would have been more powerful if it were louder and stronger
