Agreed, "Celebration" isn't really a U.S.-oriented song and not one of M's better tracks. But Warner also didn't shovel money to high-profile radio stations the way Jive is doing with "3," so how can the two really be compared when one of them wasn't even given a fighting chance?
This isnt really a Britney vs Madonna thing, its just simply that Britney is still played on the radio whereas Madonna isnt. Warner could spend money at radio but they know she still wont be played. Jive spend money because anything Britney does will be huge at radio.
Miley stopped getting closer, but Owl City is increasing quickly, it's not a problem though--Britney's airplay is way larger. The problem could be Jason Derulo, he has 79+ million airplay & is also increasing on iTunes.
