This is easily my most anticipated track/album of the year. I haven't listened to K$ much lately but I was obsessed with her from early 2009 to mid 2011. At one point I didn't listen to any other artist at all for about 17 months.

All of Rihanna's lead singles have been huge openers, even Russian Roulette peaked at #1 on iTunes. We Found Love was released on a Thursday so it had to climb more slowly to #1 but it stayed at the top for a while. If Diamonds is fresh sounding and epic, I can see it slaying. She'll definitely have the radio advantage over Ke$ha.

Both songs will be amazing cuz both ladies are amazing and the people they're working with are all certified hit makers. Hopefully both get a chance at the top.

OG (ITW) opened with 249,000 which is impressive

WRWWR opened with 280,000. Considering that Kesha was not as established as Rihanna, that was even more impressive for Kesha. I can definitely see Kesha pushing north of 310,000 in her first week.

Let's see if Rihanna will be smart enough to release at the beginning of the tracking period.
