BR wasn't just the most viewed MV on YouTube when it ruled, it was the literally the most viewed video in the history of the site. It's likely that it held that same title on other streaming sites like DailyMotion, Vimeo, etc. and all with multiple dupes with fanmade visuals, lyrics and other stuff. People undermine Gaga so much around here it's easy to forget how far ahead of literally every other act she was when BR dropped and exploded.

They list Applause three times, with 1, 2 and 3X plat numbers. Must have accidently kept older cert levels for it on this new list. Slay at PF being close to ha second diamond single

Guys it's not crazy to think BR has 540M U.S based streams (5.6m sales + 540M U.S streams = 11,000,000 sales).
Think about it, the song has been out for more than 5 years. Youtube and Spotify can't be the only things that measure its streams (like we do for more recent hits' streams). There were other more popular streaming platforms in 2009 that probably still exist but lost popularity.

No. If you scroll further down you'll see that EVERY song needs to be certified every award under its biggest certification. If you dig deep enough you'll find even BR has a Gold certification.
