Just saw Nightline. It showed Kelly and Jason rehearsing "Mercy" she was wearing a yellow dress. They showed Kelly on Idol and Kelly mentioned how she didn't have anyone helping her on Idol, and that's what she loves about Duets is she can help them out. The rest of the segment featured the other judges and their contestants.

What a great show!
After it ended, the crowd cheered for Kelly so much she came back out on her crutches and sand Let Me Down!
Although after the first verse she forgot the lyrics and looked pissed when they didn’t have it on her lyric screen.
She waited like 30 seconds then did the chorus again!
Great show!

Lord. I just got back from the fireworks in Boston that was a complete hot mess. It poured just as the fireworks started and my flop ass was wearing white shorts. A smart move? Not so much. They were totally see through by the time the rain ended. #FAIL.

I'm also really pissed. Saw my friend tonight who works in radio.. used to be a DJ but now does some interviews with singers for the station and what not. Kelly came to his area a few months ago and they wanted him to go interview her but he declined because he didn't feel like driving. Literally a 20-30 minute drive. He's not a KC fan really at all BUT he knows I am.. so I told him if it EVER happened again to take me with him to interview her and he totally would. I'd get to think of all the questions to ask her LORD the **** I could get answered for us stans..

So I came home hoping to hell she was going to his area on this flop summer tour...and she isn't. My dreams were shattered in an instant.
