Tbh I don't feel MOST male rappers.
Maybe I'm used to the versatility, playfulness, charisma, etc. that Nicki has. The other rappers just don't provide it.

But maybe that's just me, maybe it just depends on what I look for in music. I'd take Nicki's messy, non-cohesive TPP (or Drake's Views) over Kendrick's politically-charged, and super cohesive TPAB.

I like a lot of different types of Rap, the only one I don't listen to often is trap music.

Mainstream & conscious is typically what I like. Even alternative when I want to feel like a hipster.

I like rappers like Nicki, Big Sean, Cole, to a lesser extent Drake because they still try to be clever, intelligent and use word play.

Mumble rap will never be my thing. It just does nothing for me unless I'm super drunk/high. I guess that's why it's successful but you shouldn't be able to just say non-melodic gibberish on a mustard beat and that's that.
