I'm not even a big Madonna fan, but the fact you're trying to put Halsey in the same league or even above Madonna in terms of commercial impact and influence truly boggles my mind!

I liked Beyonce before she became Mrs. Carter. However, I can't remember her doing anything truly selfless since she allowed Taylor Swift to give a speech when Beyonce won an award b/c some despicable person, but I won't name names, interrupted Swift's acceptance speech earlier that night at the 2009 VMAs.

Sure, Beyoncé is heavily inspired in Madonna's unlimited ability to create new trends. She tries to be as perfect as the one and only, Queen, but you know it's just impossible. But I always appreciate the fact that other artists strive both to the level of Madonna.
