What people dont see is the how FUKD up ur body is and how long it takes to repair...

I was diagnosed last May 2011, took recovery seriously about 5 -ish months ago and it is a looooooooooooooooooooooong journey...

Yeah she never fully said she had an eating disorder, but she said she wasn't eating a lot and exercising too much.

Which is fine. I don't think every celeb needs to go around announcing that.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm just glad someone stepping and stopped her from the craziness. She wasn't just sick, she was worn out from how hard she was working at the time.

I mean she went from touring, to filming MG, to filming CBTD2, while beginning a brand new album era for Most Wanted and rehearsing for the next tour.

I hope someone stepped in for you too.

and yes it's harder being an athlete (LET ALONE A GUY!) : 5++ hours of exercise + low cal/low fat/etc. = EFFING UP UR BODY

Yeah, I like that Hilary doesn't really spread her news for the world. But even if she did have problems, she's way beyond them and in a very good place.

That's awful, and I really hope you get better. The Hilary family is always here if you need anything, or you can message me for one-on-one support. Hopefully you're not alone in recovery.

It's a process for sure, but know you always have Hilary fans and others to talk to during those low moments.

Hopefully you pull a Hilary-sized recovery. It took a while, but you can definitely come back stronger and better than ever.

BOMH was definitely her skinniest. It's odd because when I first saw the video, I was fascinated by how she looked in the scenes with the see-through chair and when her hair was flowing in the beginning. I still am.

Still wish BMH had been the single though.

Sure it poked fun at certain celebrities, but it mostly dealt with society and the pressures put on the women mentioned. It didn't put the blame on her, is what I mean.

I don't really think Hilary had an eating disorder. She was practicing unhealthy habits obviously. She got very thin but she was small in the first place.

An eating disorder is a mental health issue before a physical health issue. Nobody really knew demi had an ED until she said so, because she never really was THAT Skinny. but she was super unhealthy in her mind.

I think Hilary was a bit too obsssed with dieting, but not mentally sick too the point where she would have an eating disorder. and if she did fall into a medical diagnosis of an ed, she'd need significant help kinda like what demi had. i think for hilary it was just a phase/insecurity like yes, a lot of girls go through.
