I live in Bulgaria and we have 4 seasons here. For the past couple of years all the winters have been kinda warm except for one (one time we had -10°C and the public transport barely worked ) so we are not prepared for low temparutes

We are very well prepared, we even get sad without snow and cold
School or anything public has never been closed because of cold where I live for the longest time unless something was wrong with the building
We go to school as long as it isn't cold inside as well
