I just watched every performances at the Grammys.
Let me just say that P!nk can be doing her acrobatic thing 100x and it'll be still more interesting and entertaining that this borefest.
I went to sleep after a hour. It was a snoozefest with undeserving winners, I mean, Sam Smith sweeping? I get it, the song is a Grammy bait but still. That's why I don't care about her nominations, it's really not about the most deserving anymore.
But I think Glory was pretty amazing and overshadowed every other act.
the who knew video <3 yes, the guy might look like cher's son from "mask", but the girl is a cutie. and that last part (when the last chorus kicks in) is so well edited!
Since Beck is the star of this year's Grammys (next to Sam Smith) it's time to praise 'Feel Good Time'!
Check this tidbit if you didn't entirely notice that P!nk & Beck had something in common:
The song was originally written by and recorded by Beck and William Orbit with the intention of being a Beck track, but after Pink wanted to cover the song, Beck gave the song to her. Beck's vocals and a guitar were removed and replaced with Pink's vocals.[2] Beck's original was later posted on Orbit's website.
Also: "Feel Good Time" was nominated for the 2004 Grammy Award for Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals.

Finally, the ascendancy to the sky/ceiling at the end of the performance was cool, but can never touch P!nk's high-flying, acrobatic work during her "Glitter in the Air" performance at the 2010 Grammys.
It definitely was the liveliest performance of the first hour, but her last few seconds being lifted into the air felt like a lame rip-off of P!nk's stellar 2014 aerial acrobatics.
It's really good that P!nk is benchmark when it comes to performances and acrobatics. She's setting the standard and does something that nobody else does. Well, something that nobody does good to be precisely. And I'm glad that she will remembered for that.
